House Rules 

• When booking the house, you are reserving the entire house.
• ​Must book correct number of guests when making reservation
• Full payment must be made at the time of booking the home
• ​Check in 3 pm/ Check out 12 pm
• ​Early check in & late check out available (Friday noon check in option, check out Sunday by 2pm)
• Quiet time is observed from 10 pm - 8 am
• There is a 2-night minimum on all reservations.
• Children welcome
• ​Maximum occupancy is 14 people. Generally, children under the age of 2 do not count toward the maximum occupancy.​​​​​​​

• No Smoking
• Everyone who is traveling must be at least 23 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• ​Pets not allowed​​
• Parking for most properties includes a 2 car garage, 2 additional spaces in the driveway and 2 spots on the street right in front of the house. Groups traveling need to keep this in mind and carpool. Please follow the specific instructions provided to you for the specific property that you are renting at the time of booking.
• Please avoid parking in front of the neighbors homes.

Cancellations

•  If you cancel within 48 hours after booking, we will issue a full refund. ​
• If you cancel (30) days or less before check in date you will forfeit entire amount paid. 
• If you cancel thirty one (31) to fifty nine (59) days before your check-in date, you will receive a refund of amount paid less a $150 cancellation fee.
